How can the Bible be used to develop a framework for ethics, or 'ethical toolkit'?
There are very detailed instructions in the New Testament that demonstrate wider principles on how to treat people. These principles are an extension of the command to 'love God and love your neighbour'. The details of how to handle new technologies must be worked out wisely using these principles.
