About the 'Test of FAITH' project

Test of FAITH is a project of The Faraday Institute for Science and Religion, Cambridge. The DVD, book and short course were released in 2009, and further resources and translations following in the years after that.

The project was led by Ruth Bancewicz, now Church Engagement Director at the Faraday Institute, assisted by James Crocker and advised by Denis Alexander . The films, design and web development were developed in partnership with Contra, church resources with Bible Society, youth material with Youth For Christ, school material with The Stapleford Centre.

The documentary won silver in the category Best Documentary at the IVCA awards (now EVCOM, 2009), the 2009 Redemptive Storyletter award, was Highly Commended in the Feature Film category at the IVCA Clarion Awards, and joint Best Use of New Media in a Christian Project at the Christian New Media Awards. The book won an award in Brazil.
